At Stonewick, we hand-pour each candle with care and package it sustainably so it arrives safely to your home.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 4-6 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the U.S.

  • Orders over $75 ship free (before tax & discounts).

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout for international orders.

Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 3-6 business days (additional cost)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.

Packaging

Our candles are shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging with protective wrapping to ensure safe arrival.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but missing, please reach out to the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
